Stuff the Truck Food Drive: Help us fight hunger on June 4
Published: May 14, 2026
With children out of school during the summer, hunger becomes a difficult issue for many families that lose access to school-provided meals.
Methodist Health System is proud to once again partner with area organizations for the First Alert 6 Stuff the Truck Food Drive on June 4 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Now in its seventh year, the food drive makes a direct impact on those in need, with all donations staying in the community where they’re given.
How can I donate?
Volunteers will be collecting nonperishable food items at four locations:
- Methodist Women's Hospital, 707 N. 190th Plaza in Omaha
- Methodist Physicians Clinic - Indian Hills, 8901 West Dodge Road in Omaha
- Methodist Fremont Health, 450 E. 23rd St. in Fremont
- Methodist Jennie Edmundson Medical Plaza, 808 E. Pierce St. in Council Bluffs
Donating is quick, easy and contact-free. Simply pull up and pop your trunk, and our volunteers will collect your donation right from your vehicle. There's no need to get out of your vehicle. Cash donations will also be accepted.
