Community Health Needs Assessment: Take the survey and help shape the future of care in our region

In just 20 minutes, you can make your voice heard and help shape a healthier community.

Methodist Health System and its community partners invite you to take part in the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The assessment, which is available through May 31, is a survey of things that people in our community do that can affect their health. It helps area hospitals, health departments and nonprofit agencies better understand the health needs and challenges of people in the area – and work together to address them.

At Methodist, CHNA data has helped with initiatives like the 3D mobile mammography coach, the Methodist Community Health Clinic, the Mobile Diabetes Center and the planned Council Bluffs behavioral health hospital in partnership with Acadia Healthcare.
