With multiple catheterization and vascular labs located throughout the health system, a wide variety of advanced treatment options and an extensive outreach program, Methodist’s heart and vascular center is able to provide quality, compassionate care close to home. We also offer patients access to new medications and devices through a number of cardiac and vascular clinical trials aimed at understanding and improving existing treatments.

Regional Outreach

Methodist extends cardiovascular care far beyond our primary campuses, reaching communities such as Atlantic, Blair, Denison, Hamburg, Harlan, Red Oak and Shenandoah. This includes long‑standing partnerships, such as the critical access sponsorship between Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital and Audubon County Memorial Hospital, which ensures rural patients gain timely access to lifesaving resources and higher‑level care when needed.
