Official Title: PHASE II/III SECOND-LINE NABPLAGEM VS. NAB-PACLITAXEL/GEMCITABINE IN BRCA1/2 OR PALB2 MUTANT METASTATIC PANCREATIC DUCTAL ADENOCARCINOMA (PLATINUM)

Study Purpose: To evaluate and compare overall response rate (ORR) in patients with BRCA1/2 or PALB2 mutant pancreas cancer whose disease has progressed on front-line FOLFIRINOX treated with NABPLAGEM = nab-paclitaxel, gemcitabine, and cisplatin (arm 1) versus nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine (arm 2)

Official Title: APOLLO: A Randomized Phase II Double-Blind Study of Olaparib Versus Placebo Following Curative Intent Therapy in Patients with Resected Pancreatic Cancer and a Pathogenic BRCA1, BRCA2 or PALB2 Mutation

Study Purpose: To see if treating with olaparib compared to the usual approach which is observation,  is more successful in preventing pancreatic cancer from coming back

Official Title: A testing the addition of pembrolizumab, an immunotherapy cancer drug to olaparib alone as therapy for patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread with unhealthy tumor suppressor genes.

Study Purpose: To compare the usual treatment alone to using pembrolizumab plus the usual treatment.
