Official Title: A randomized trial of ultrasound-facilitated, catheter-directed, thrombolysis versus anticoagulation for acute intermediate-high risk pulmonary embolism: The higher-risk pulmonary embolism thrombolysis study.

Study Purpose: To assess whether ultrasound-facilitated, catheter-directed, thrombolysis and anticoagulation are associated with a significant reduction in the composite outcome of pulmonary embolism (PE)-related mortality, cardiorespiratory decompensation or collapse, or nonfatal symptomatic and objectively confirmed recurrence of PE compared to anticoagulation alone within seven days of randomization.

Official Title: A Phase 3 Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Maridebart Cafraglutide on Mortality and Morbidity in Participants Living With Obesity and Heart Failure

Study Purpose: To demonstrate that maridebart cafraglutide is superior to placebo when given as an adjunct to standard of care on the composite endpoint of heart failure (HF) events (hospitalization for HF or urgent HF visits) or death from cardiovascular (CV) disease in participants with HF with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) and HF with mildly reduced ejection fraction (HFmrEF) and a body mass index (BMI) ≥ 30 kg/m2

Study Purpose: It is the first cardiac surgery trial dedicated exclusively to women. Patients will be randomized in a 1:1 fashion. Patients will be randomized to a single arterial graft (SAG) or multiple arterial grafts (MAG).
