Methodist Fremont Health's retail Pharmacy is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Weekends from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is also stocked with many over-the-counter products, often offered at a reduced cost. The retail Pharmacy can be reached at (402) 317-5988.
Order Refills Online or on the App
The Pharmacy at Methodist Fremont Health offers convenient refill ordering via the web or an app on your mobile device, via MobileRX®. To get started, search for MobileRx pharmacy in your app store. You can also use your smartphone camera and a QR-code reader/scanner application and scan the QR codes below. After you’ve located the app, follow the next steps to set up your account and request refills.
Vaccinations Available at the Pharmacy
The Methodist Fremont Health Pharmacy offers the following vaccinations:
- Influenza vaccinations for ages 6 months and up
- COVID vaccinations and boosters
- Shingles (Herpes Zoster) vaccine Shingrix
- RSV Vaccine approved for ages 60+ (covered at 100% with most commercial insurance and Medicare D plans)

Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a comprehensive review of all the medications you take.
- One-on-one interview with pharmacist
- All medications including over-the-counter, herbal and supplements will also be reviewed
- Plan will be created to maximize your medication dollar while keeping your overall health as our top priority
Your MTM pharmacist will discuss all findings of the clinic visit with your physician or physicians to ensure your entire team is working for you.
If a possible medication change is identified, the MTM pharmacist will work directly with you and your physician and inform you if any changes will be made to your medication. Your medication record will be recorded into the electronic medical record allowing all Fremont physicians have easy access to your medication records.
The Medication Therapy Management service is provided at no cost. To enroll in the Medication Therapy Management service, pick up a packet at the Pharmacy, located on the first floor of the Medical Center, or call (402) 727-3624.
Medication Assistance Program (MAP)
A consultation with a pharmacist to apply for programs provided by the medication manufacturer to receive medications at no or lower cost.
Who is eligible?
- Uninsured patients
- Underinsured patients
- No/low income patients
- Some Medicare Part D patients may be eligible

Free Medications Program
If you’re struggling to afford you medications, you may qualify to receive them for FREE through our partnership with Dispensary of Hope.

If you’re interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, all you need to do is speak with one of our pharmacists. If deemed eligible, you’ll be asked to complete a brief application before receiving your medications at no cost. It’s that simple!
