Our highly sensitive gamma – or molecular – breast imaging technology can detect cancer in its earliest stages. It allows our team of providers to see the breast more clearly and differentiate between benign and malignant tissue. You’ll receive a trace amount of radioactive material that is largely absorbed by cancerous cells and displays as dark spots on the image our specialists review.
