State-of-the-Art Care
Colon and Rectal Screening
This critical prevention tool evaluates patients for colon and rectal cancers and diseases. At Methodist, this screening is available for anyone who has a family history of such conditions or is over age 45. No referral is necessary.
Colonoscopy Center
Part of the Colon and Rectal Surgery clinic, this ambulatory surgical center is Nebraska's only dedicated anorectal facility equipped to perform common anorectal procedures, including transanal minimally invasive surgery. The center also performs diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopies.
Regional Referral Center
The Colon and Rectal Surgery clinic is a regional referral center and is nationally recognized for its expertise in the treatment of colon and rectal diseases.
Research and Education
The clinic and staff are dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of colon and rectal diseases through continued research, public and professional education, and the training of specialists in colon and rectal surgery.
