At Methodist, we offer quality conventional MRIs. The accuracy and speed of our MRI scanners means that you’ll be done quickly, and your doctor will receive timely and accurate results.

Not everyone is a candidate for an MRI. Be sure to inform your provider if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or have:

  • Aneurysm clips in the brain
  • A pacemaker or defibrillator
  • A shunt with a tele-sensor
  • Inner ear implants
  • Implanted spinal cord, nerve or neuro stimulator
  • Metal fragments in one or both eyes
  • Metal bead hair extensions
