Tori Hudson, PLMHP
Tori Hudson, PLMHP, has long enjoyed learning about people and how to best support them.
As a counselor with the Methodist Hospital Community Counseling Program, Hudson is passionate about helping clients of all ages process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build confidence.
“I enjoy the light-bulb moments,” she said. “When clients realize something about themselves or have a breakthrough that allows them to move forward in life and feel good doing so.”
Hudson vows to meet each client where they’re at while fostering a relationship that promotes trust, honesty and vulnerability. She believes The Meaning of Care is achieved when clients are able to accept that they and their care truly matter.
As an advocate of self-care, Hudson prioritizes things she enjoys, like reading, watching TV, and spending time with friends and family.
“It helps set me up for a successful week when I take care of myself.”
