AgeLess Program

What is the AgeLess Program?

AgeLess is a free program offered by Methodist Fremont Health designed to improve the health and well-being of individuals 55 and older.

Members receive special discounts on wellness screenings and free educational programming that provides tips and information on living a healthy lifestyle. 

Screenings

Screenings – which require an appointment – are held on the second Wednesday of each month. 

The following screenings are offered:

• Wellness blood profiles, which provide a lipid panel, check kidney and liver function, and screen for diabetes, anemia, infection and more ($35)
• Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) test, which checks thyroid function ($20)
• Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test, which screens for prostate cancer ($20)
• Hemoglobin (HbA1c or A1c) test, which measures average level of blood sugar over the past two to three months ($20)
• Hepatitis C antibody test, which can detect antibodies against the Hepatitis C virus (free)
  All positive Hepatitis C results must be reported to the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Educational Programming

AgeLess educational programming will cover a variety of health-related topics. These sessions, which are led by Methodist Fremont Health experts, include a complimentary breakfast. Registration is required at least one week prior to the session date.
