Alison King, PLMHP
Alison King, PLMHP, a practitioner with the Methodist Community Counseling Program, enjoys working with children, teens and young adults. She’s especially passionate about helping them navigate anxiety, depression and trauma.
“The thing I enjoy most about this profession is being able to provide support and a safe space for others in their time of need,” King said.
She’s intentional about taking the time necessary to truly get to know her clients. And she approaches each meeting with compassion, active listening and The Meaning of Care – “which, to me, means giving it your all to support your clients in whatever they may need.”
