Program Manager

Roxanne Wayne, LIMHP, developed an early interest in behavioral health during her freshman year of college after taking an introductory psychology course.

“I was fascinated by what I was learning about human behavior,” she said.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Wayne currently serves as the program manager of behavioral health clinical services for the Methodist Community Counseling Program. In this role, she’s deeply committed to supporting individuals, families and communities through high-quality, accessible mental healthcare in both school- and community-based settings.

She began her career with Methodist Community Counseling over 16 years ago as a practitioner, including more than 13 years providing direct clinical services. She later moved into a supervisory role, where she spent three years mentoring clinicians, supporting professional development and helping guide program operations and service delivery.

In her current role as program manager, Wayne draws on her extensive clinical and leadership experience to strengthen programs, support staff development and expand access to care. She’s particularly passionate about building strong, collaborative teams and ensuring services are culturally responsive, client-centered and grounded in best practices.

She’s dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes growth, collaboration and meaningful outcomes in mental healthcare.
