Methodist’s outpatient behavioral health program offers thorough and individualized evaluations and treatment plans for patients 5 years of age and older. Outpatient services may be especially beneficial if you or someone you love is struggling with:

  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • A mood disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Depression, including postpartum
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Grief
  • Stress management
  • Trauma
  • Parenting, relationship or phase-of-life issues

Your outpatient care plan may include:

  • Assistance with coping mechanisms and problem-solving
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Individual assessments
  • Medication management

Your outpatient care team may include:
