Women’s Center for Advancement (WCA)

WCA offers assistance to anyone in the Omaha area who is experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking, including a 24/7 hotline (402-345-7273), advocacy services, legal aid and peer support.

Heartland Family Service

Heartland Family Service provides a variety of critical support services for the community, including housing, mental health and emergency domestic violence services, including a 24-hour domestic violence crisis line (800-523-3666).

Heartland Family Services offers programs and assistance in both IA and NE.

The Bridge

The Bridge works with survivors and their children to help them navigate crisis with intervention, shelter and safety planning, criminal justice advocacy, prevention education and more.

The Bridge services are available to anyone living within five Nebraska counties, including Burt, Cuming, Dodge, Saunders and Washington.

Catholic Charities of Omaha 

Catholic Charities of Omaha offers behavioral health services, legal services, emergency food supplies and domestic violence support, including a shelter and 24/7 hotline (402-558-5700) to all residents within 23 Nebraska counties, including Burt, Dodge, Douglas, Washington and Sarpy counties.

Legal Aid of Nebraska

Legal Aid of Nebraska provides direct and free civil legal services across all 93 counties in Nebraska with the goal of helping Nebraskans understand their rights and obtain quality legal counsel and advocacy.
