Shanna Stofer, PharmD, MHA

Vice President, Ancillary and Professional Services

Shanna Stofer, PharmD, MHA, is the vice president of ancillary and professional services at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital. She oversees pharmacy, laboratory, imaging, oncology, rehabilitation services and quality management including performance improvement, risk and infection prevention. She has a leadership role in identifying business growth opportunities, and she’s responsible for contractual arrangements. She also works closely with the provider team.

Stofer was a key player in the opening of the Kearney Regional Medical Center (KRMC) in Kearney, Nebraska. She oversaw several ancillary departments and was a driver of business development opportunities. Throughout her career, she has placed a high level of importance on provider collaboration, organizational culture and employee engagement.

Stofer, who holds a doctor of pharmacy, served as director of pharmacy for Lincoln Surgical Hospital from 2003 to 2009 before serving in a similar role at Community Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, Nebraska. In 2013, she joined the leadership team at KRMC. She joined Methodist in 2021.

Stofer earned her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Stofer and her husband, Greg, have four adult children.
