With the Methodist My Care® app, you’ll receive all the benefits of the patient portal through a convenient app on your smartphone. You can:

• Schedule appointments with your primary care provider 
• Cancel and reschedule all appointments 

You also have instant access – no portal sign-in required – to useful tools including bill pay, provider lookup, location search with an interactive map, cost estimates for select surgeries and procedures, and information about careers at Methodist. 

You must have a Methodist My Care patient portal account before accessing your medical records through the app. First-time users who do not have an account can self-enroll to start the process. Your medical record number is required. You can find it by checking your most recent billing statement or calling your provider’s office.
