Self-enrollment is available for Methodist patients who do not have an account. A medical record number is required.

Patient lab and test results can be found by accessing your Methodist My Care patient portal account. Results are usually available within three to five business days. Results from specialized labs and tests may take longer to receive.

Clinics will call patients to discuss lab work and test results as needed.

Please note: Lab results are often posted to your Methodist My Care account as soon as they’re available and, in some cases, before your provider has had a chance to review them. Although this immediacy is one of many convenient features of the portal, some results may be difficult to understand without proper explanation. Rest assured that your provider will contact you to discuss any concerning findings.
