Alli Greene, OTR/L, CLT-LANA, CWT

Director

As the director of the Fremont Health Foundation, Alli Greene oversees fund development, donor and community relations, and a broad portfolio of programming and special projects that support the health and well-being of the Fremont area.

A nationally certified occupational therapist with advanced credentials in lymphedema and wound care, Greene has served patients at Methodist Fremont Health for several years. She also brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic fundraising and community engagement. She has served in various capacities for the Fremont Health Foundation Gala Committee, Fremont Area Aging Resource Network, Fremont Area Alzheimer’s Collaborative, Fremont Area Young Professionals, Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce and Fremont Rotary. 

Greene is also a 2024 Fremont Tribune 20 Under 40 honoree.
