Sarah Bowes, EdD, MBA, MLS(ASCP)CM

Vice President, Integrated Services and Regulatory

Sarah Bowes, EdD, MBA, MLS(ASCP)CM, has served as vice president of Integrated Services and Regulatory for Methodist Health System since August 2026.

She oversees Patient Transportation, Environmental Services, Food Services, Plant Engineering and Operations, Maintenance, Grounds, Mail/Courier Services, Safety, Security, Emergency Preparedness, Sustainability, Construction collaboration, Call Center, PBX/Dial MD, and Regulatory.

Bowes has extensive experience overseeing ancillary healthcare services. She previously was Methodist Hospital’s service executive for pathology. She served in several leadership roles at Boys Town National Research Hospital: senior director for ancillaries and support, and director of laboratory services. She also was laboratory supervisor for the Saint Paul VI Institute.

Bowes is a Nebraska Methodist College alumna, earning her doctorate in healthcare education and leadership as well as her Master of Business Administration in healthcare leadership and quality from the college. She received her Bachelor of Science in clinical laboratory science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
